Whether you’re training directly from your iPad or using it as a companion screen, there are two ways to run workouts: Standalone (iPad Only) Mode and View-Only Mode. Learn how to run a workout on Apple Watch or sync your devices if you want multi-device control.
In this mode, your iPad acts just like the iPhone running without an Apple Watch. You can fully control and complete your workout directly on the device.
