How to Manage your Routine


With RepVault, managing your workout routine is simple and flexible—so you can stay consistent even when life changes your schedule. Whether you need to reschedule a workout, copy one to a new day, or reorganize your training week, we’ve built intuitive controls right into your routine screen.

Here’s everything you can do:

Quick Actions: Long Press or Swipe

To manage a workout inside your routine:

  • Long press on a workout card
  • Or swipe left or right on a workout

With either path you will have powerful options: Delete, Move, or Copy.

Delete a Workout

Tap "Delete" to remove the workout from your routine.

Move a Workout

Need to shift your training days around?

Tap "Move" to relocate a workout to another day. You’ll be shown the move view with a calendar picker to select the new position.

If there’s already a workout scheduled on the target day, you’ll have two options:

  • Replace the existing workout
  • Cancel the move

Additionally, RepVault gives you the choice to *. This is great if your whole week gets pusheshift all workouts after the one you’re movindue to travel, recovery, or schedule changes.


Copy a Workout

Want to repeat a workout later in the week?

Tap "Copy" to duplicate the selected workout. Just choose a target day, and RepVault will copy it there.

If a workout already exists on the target day, you’ll again have the option to:

  • Replace it with the copy
  • Cancel if you change your mind

This is perfect for repeating key lifts or inserting backup sessions without rebuilding the whole workout.

  • Use + Shift wMon your schedule changes, RepVault will adjust everything for you.
  • Use tCorepeat workouts weekly or build progression blocks.
