With RepVault, managing your workout routine is simple and flexible—so you can stay consistent even when life changes your schedule. Whether you need to reschedule a workout, copy one to a new day, or reorganize your training week, we’ve built intuitive controls right into your routine screen.

To manage a workout inside your routine:
With either path you will have powerful options: Delete, Move, or Copy.
Tap "Delete" to remove the workout from your routine.
Need to shift your training days around?
Tap "Move" to relocate a workout to another day. You’ll be shown the move view with a calendar picker to select the new position.
If there’s already a workout scheduled on the target day, you’ll have two options:

Want to repeat a workout later in the week?
Tap "Copy" to duplicate the selected workout. Just choose a target day, and RepVault will copy it there.
