What is RepVault AI?
RepVault AI is our new intelligent workout generation feature that lives inside the RepVault app (iOS, watchOS, tvOS, iPadOS, macOS). At its core, it’s an AI-driven engine that interprets your input (goal, time available, equipment, workout type, experience level, etc.) and then outputs a fully structured workout plan—sets, reps, rest periods, exercise selection—all tailored to you.
Key capabilities include:
- Natural-language request: Just type or speak something like: “Create a 4-day per week strength program with dumbbells only, for muscle growth” or “I need a full-body HIIT workout for 30 minutes with no equipment.”
- Equipment & schedule aware: The engine accounts for the equipment you have (bodyweight, dumbbells, barbell, cable machine, etc.) and your available training days.
- Goal-driven programming: Whether you’re training for hypertrophy, fat loss, endurance, power, or general fitness, the plan is built around that objective.
- Adaptive intensity and progression: As you log workouts and feed the system your performance and feedback it can adjust over time.
- Instant generation: No manual building of spreadsheets or hunting for exercises—get your plan in seconds and start training.

How it works (user flow)
“I have 4 days this week, access to dumbbells and kettlebells, goal is muscle growth, 60 min sessions.”
- Choose or describe your request: In the RepVault app you tap “Create Workout” (or “Create Program”) and either pick from templates or type your own. Example:
- AI processes your input: It considers your goal, available days, time per session, equipment, experience level, any preferences or restrictions (e.g., no overhead lifting, rehabilitation from injury).
- Receive your plan: Within seconds you get a structured plan: day-by-day workouts, exercise names, sets, reps, rest intervals, progression cues.
- Start training: Use your iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV or Mac to follow the plan. Log sets, RPE, rest, notes.
- Feedback & adjust: After workouts, you provide performance feedback (e.g., “too easy”, “took too long”, “lack equipment”). The AI uses that to tweak subsequent workouts or future plan generations.
- Repeat/refresh: At any time, you can request a new plan (e.g., “Now switch to 3-day split focusing on fat loss for 8 weeks”) and the AI will build it. This is perfect since you’re already building 8-week programs for your app.
